CLASS DESCRIPTION
In this two day class, you will learn to make a pattern layout for this tapered, hollow ring. The ring is fused together enhancing your fusing and embellishment skills. Completing the project, you will leave class with confidence and exquisitely finished pieces in beautiful Argentium Silver.

Basic Argentium Fusing and Fabricating Skills
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Ronda Coryell is a Jewelers of America Certified Master Bench Jeweler and, one of the world’s most well regarded experts on the use of Argentium. Founder of the Northwest Chapter of the Florida Society of Goldsmiths, she now devotes her time to lecturing and teaching worldwide. Ronda has taught and lectured in such places as Bali, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Spain and England. She won First Place in the prestigious Saul Bell Awards and continues to gain recognition in competition and exhibition. Her work is included in several books on contemporary jewelry: 500 Earrings, 500 Bracelets, The Art and Craft of Jewelry Making.

- Jewelers Saw and 3/0 blades
- Charcoal block
- Needle files
- Half round pliers
- Chain nose pliers
- Flat or parallel pliers
- Round nose pliers
- Delrin hammer
- Solder/metal shear (Joyce Chen my favorite)
- Files - half round ring file med/fine
- Needle file - half round 2 or 4 cut
- Steel bench block
- Tweezers fine tip
- Sharpie
- Wire cutter (flush cutting best)
- Sanding papers
- 3M Bristle Brushes (6 per mandrels) blue, peach, & green (optional)
- $50 cash or a check made out to Ronda for the materials kit *

- You may cancel up to 45 days prior to the start of the class and receive a full refund, less $25 processing.

- Cancellations less than 45 business days prior to the start of the class will not be refunded,
- In the event we have to cancel a class, you will be notified prior to the start date and will be issued a full refund.
- You may not sell your seat to another student.
