About the Instructor
Beth Van De Water says she's "A Colorado Native with passion for adornment, art, good food and drink, most outdoor adventures, and quiet time in beautiful places with people who love me even once they know me well!"
"Jewelry making was the result of a welding class gone astray (a backyard fire was involved). A smaller torch was sought to learn how to cut, glue, and form metal. The delicate nature of silver and gold along with the miniature masterpieces created in this art form over years drew me in and has entrapped me since. Adornment is one of the oldest know forms of art—even the Neanderthal where found with beaded necklaces. To make something that will be loved, worn and hopefully be passed along is a joy. "
